Maybe a bit over designed. Probably going to do something else with that dress later. Design still in the works.

Little bio: 
She is an old friend of Sheriffman's from back in the olden days during his original theme park work. She worked at the neighboring Pirate themed portion of the theme park. Like him she is a very old robot. A potential love interest maybe when he was younger. She had a terrible habit of thievery, even stole from visitors to the Pirate World park which was not good for business. She was decommissioned and scrapped as if junk long ago when her expiration date ran out, but has recently returned from the ''dead'' illegally for mysterious reasons (Even I don't know. We will see what happens! ) and has become the scourge of the sea. Her memory is wiped, she doesn't recognize the Sheriff but he still knows all about her. She is a lady of high class despite her older, less carefully constructed appearance. Rare and expensive jewels are her favorite spoils. Her alternate weapon is Oceanus eye, a jewel stolen from a research facility said to have originated from the lost city of Atlantis. It is implanted in her missing right eye underneath her eyepatch. When her eye patch is opened and current runs through the crystal she is able to manipulate water, with enough energy used it is powerful enough to sink an entire ship. She also has a buster built into her left peg-leg that fires small torpedoes, only useful in the water. She is an amphibious robot naturally, around or in the water however she is at an absolute advantage. Her stage would be undersea ruins of an ancient city, ''Atlantis'' maybe?. Maybe there is some mysterious and ancient power down there whoever reactivated her is trying to find!

If this were a game, maybe she'd get an extra stage kind of like the RMK in Megaman 10. Just something extra for you to do.
